CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Agency makes a Child Care Contract with the parents.
A parent comes to the Agency office to sign the Contract, or it is delivered to
him or her by a nurse who shall care about his or her child. In cases when child
care is contracted between a parent and the Agency for more than 20 hours a week,
we give preference to a personal meeting between an Agency representative and
the parent.
The Child's Health Record forms part of the Contract, which document is
completed by the nurse together with the parent. This Record ensures the
submission of important information about the child's health status to the nurse
who, thus informed, attends to the child, protects his or her good health and
prevents any complications.
All care is duly recorded by the nurse in the Agency's documentation. Upon
returning the child to the parent, the parent is made familiar with the care
given not only verbally, but is also presented with a written record which he or
she signs.
These documents are to protect the nurse and the parent, but primarily, to
protect the child.
